Could have done with a few more stalls and announcements for the events on stage. I knew was going to be a small convention before hand compared to what I’m used to but could have done with having a bit more going on. But it was a good though even though it’s local convention.

A great experience for people who love all the nerdy goodness A small space but as we all know “Size matters not” Great mix of cosplayers, attractions to see, celebs, things to buy. A awesome experience P.s. I got to meet Caddicarus, so I’m happy.

Free your inner geek to meet friendly people, great priced traders and an amazing atmosphere. Regular FB and email updates from Nor – Con were brilliant.

Overall a good experience. Not really enough to spend a full day there. Good stalls and the effort from the costumes/cosplay was amazing. Free coat check was great. Loads of parking. Cons – queuing to have ticket scanned then queue to get wristband. Maybe this could be done at once. Plus never asked during whole time there to show wristband and we did come and go. No cash point so make sure you take cash! This is on the website and some stalls did take card. Limited outdoor seating. Very limited seating inside unless u wanted to watch the talks where seating was provided. Otherwise people sat on floor in entrance lobby. Food stalls were good, picked wisely so didn’t have to queue. But rubbish bins were slightly out of the way of the main area. Nowhere to sit undercover to eat food bearing in mind it is october and unfortunately it did rain at lunchtime. Maybe a marquee or something. We didn’t stay for judging of costumes as quite a long wait. Hopefully it will expand next year and have more interactive experiences.
